Where are my projects stored? On your device only. Stopmo Studio has no account and no cloud. On iPhone they are included in your own iCloud or computer backup if you have one; on Android they are not backed up. Export the movies that matter to you.
How do I save or share my movie? Open your project, go to Preview & Export, choose an aspect ratio and tap Export video. The finished MP4 is saved to your photo library (on iPhone, the first time, allow the app to add to your Photos; on Android 9 and older, allow storage access), and the Share button that appears when it is done hands it to any app.
The camera is black or the clap trigger does not work. Make sure Camera (and Microphone, for the clap trigger) are allowed for Stopmo Studio: on iPhone in Settings → Stopmo Studio, on Android in Settings → Apps → Stopmo Studio → Permissions. The clap trigger only listens while it is switched on; no audio is recorded.
Can I remove the Stopmo Studio mark from exported movies? The mark is on every export for all users.
How do I delete my data? Delete a project or frame inside the app, or delete the app. We hold no copy of your content. See the Privacy Policy.
